StoreDot is looking for an experienced, self-driven, organized Office Manager in an 80-100% job scope, for our startup in Herzliya office. You will be the first point of contact for our company and offer administrative support & management across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of all related activities for running an office.
- Managing company’s internal well-being events (holidays celebrations, toasts, happy hours)
- Greet and welcome guests that arrive at the office, direct visitors to the appropriate persons.
- Provide corporate services to employees on various issues (employee onboarding/offboarding, delivery coordination, 10bis, cars leasing etc.).

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist, Front Office Representative (or similar role)
- Strong interpersonal approach - Positive, proactive, patient, problem-solver and customer-centric attitude
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal) in Hebrew and English – MUST
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Exceptional multitasking, with time management and prioritization skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Bachelor's Degree – an advantage
