Job Description

Supervisor is mainly responsible to coach and support group of RTMs under his supervision, deliver one to ones and look after their performance. This role as well will be client facing role, means there will be constant client communication to support all areas of delivery related to real time management

• Excellent client presentation skills.
• Excellent level of communication verbal and written.
• Coach and deliver one to ones to RTMs reporting into them.
• Manage RTMs payroll, leaves, backfill hiring and growth hiring.
• Strong knowledge with Real time management.
• Knowledge with WFM metrics is required.
• Knowledge with Reporting ( MS Excel ) is required.
• Good background with planning & scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with departments around.
• Ability to demonstrate challenges and provide solutions to the account they're managing.
• 6 Months in the RTM Field is a Must.
