The U.S. Embassy in Brussels is looking for a temporary Public Engagement Assistant for the Public Affairs at the U.S. Mission to the European Union.
Incumbent manages invitations and guest lists for events and updating contact information in contact management database for program participants and Established Opinion Leaders (EOL), Emerging Voices (EV), and Press & Media contacts. Coordinates logistics and preparation for meetings, briefings, speaker programs, workshops, and other events involving EOL, EV, and Press & Media audiences. Provides on-site logistical support for Public Diplomacy events and programs.

EDUCATION: University degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Organizational Management, Accounting, Public Administration, International Relations, or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience in administrative services, procurement, customer service, or events management.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English and French.
