- Responsible for direct portfolio of customers prospects: grow sales, customer calls, generate new project developments/ new accounts.
- Work with BU global marketing team, to develop and manage projects for direct customer/MNC customer.
- Analyze market needs and propose development strategies (products, distribution networks). Conduct market surveys and develops market intelligence (market trends, competitors)
- Give directions and supports to distributors (marketing tools, tech support)
- Make good interface between customers/distributors and other functions: tech. service, supply chain, customer service
- Contribute to elaborate sales budgets, business plans and ensure good reporting (call reports, claims, sampling follow up)
- Prepare/participate in trade shows organize/promotion / technical seminars with customers and distributors
Required Profile
Good business experience in chemical industry, especially in coating, care, construction, ceramic, mineral, paper, water treatment industry
Possess 8 – 15 years’ sales experience and minimum 3 years of regional sales experience
Good communication and listening skills
Knowledge of additives, especially rheology and dispersant
Able to understand and anticipate market needs
