Field-based medical colleagues provide therapeutic area /product expertise to health care providers. You will think big and demonstrate every day that we're a patient-centric company by looking to improve health outcomes for patients.
What You Will Achieve
It is important to do great work in the healthcare industry, but equally important to showcase it to external agencies. You will play the critical role to build these bridges with external agencies and demonstrate the clinical outcome and benefits of Pfizer's products to their thought leaders. You would primarily be interacting with HMOs, medical groups, government agencies and health systems with drug formularies.
You will be known as a team player, who is able to achieve targets on time. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It - End to end local project management of medical projects and processes including the financial and organizational aspects of execution in accordance with Global policies
- Executes on the operational parts of medical scientific strategic plans including medical digital initiatives.
- Management of the logistical aspects of all Pfizer medical projects like advisory boards, educational programs, non-interventional studies and other medical RWE initiatives including the local contracting and financial aspects of execution
- Logistical support of Pfizer’s local review and funding processes for independent medical grants (including ISRs) and patient access programs
- Local operational support of expanded access programs in partnership with the applicable Global teams and PfizerCares organization.
- Responsibilities may include local country customer journey mapping, omnichannel medical content development, optimal channel strategy, content deployment and monitoring of digital KPIs and metrics.
- Is a key contributor to ensure local process related medical compliance, collaborating with Country and Global BU compliance roles / groups

- Broad interest/expertise in pharmaceutical innovation
- Project management skills

- Business acumen
Language Requirements: Fluent in Polish and English .
