Position Overview:
Newprint™, a leading Canadian company specializing in commercial printing services and retail product packaging, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients in the retail product packaging and commercial printing industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients in the retail product packaging and commercial printing sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Newprint's commercial printing and retail product packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and develop customized proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently striving to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent Newprint™ and promote our products and services.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-study.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail product packaging or commercial printing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Availability to respond to customer inquiries and quotes 7 days a week, with high responsiveness and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of the retail product packaging and commercial printing industry, including understanding of printing processes, materials, and design principles.
