Job Descriptions:
- Work closely with the Managers and Engineers to set up and maintain an efficient documents control register, sharing system and procedures
- Prepare the transmittal and submissions to clients and subcontractors/ vendors
- Ensure the documentation register list is updated with latest revision of documents and the documents are issued to required parties both internally and externally
- Ensure that all documents are up to date, registered, accurate and comply with relevant regulations, project specification standards, and guidelines
- Ensure that all project documents are properly archived and stored for future reference
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma/ GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum 3 years experience in Document Control and Project
- Able to work under pressure to meet timeline
- Good written and verbal skills
