Job Description :
- Performing administrative duties
- Arrange project works
- Managing records of projects policies and procedures
- Attend site briefing for worker work arrangement.
- Maintain safety and tidy of the store
- Cordinating projects meeting, events and sessions with other department assistants
- Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases for each projects
- Arranging for the delivery of tools/materials to project sites
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of working experience in Singapore construction/engineering and security system industry.
- prefer to have similar field (cctv,network cabling,security systesm)
- Familiar with Microsoft and ERP system
- Preferably a least diploma education
- Require to work 5.5days
