OPERATIONS ASSISTANT [Singapore]


 

Job Description :

  • Performing administrative duties
  • Arrange project works
  • Managing records of projects policies and procedures
  • Attend site briefing for worker work arrangement.
  • Maintain safety and tidy of the store
  • Cordinating projects meeting, events and sessions with other department assistants
  • Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases for each projects
  • Arranging for the delivery of tools/materials to project sites


Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of working experience in Singapore construction/engineering and security system industry.
  • prefer to have similar field (cctv,network cabling,security systesm)
  • Familiar with Microsoft and ERP system
  • Preferably a least diploma education
  • Require to work 5.5days
